He is a leader in his field specializing in large pipeline project management, estimating and bidding, as well as, new business development and customer relations.  He has a vast skill set and knowledge of all areas in pipeline management and his experience in the industry is invaluable.  Troy manages major projects in the gas transmission division and has a very diverse portfolio.
