Douglas Harrah joined CJ Hughes management team in 2009 where he oversees the company’s finance functions including accounting, planning, analysis, tax, capital resources and treasury. Prior experience includes serving as Comptroller and Vice President for a regional Design Build Construction Management firm with operations in 19 states.  Harrah received his undergraduate degree from Asbury University.
