David has been working in the pipeline industry for 31 years. Soon after college graduation, he began his career as a field engineering technician. And has since, gained his experience from the ground up. He has spent the past 28 years in estimating and management. He has extensive experience in the installation of large scale water/waste water systems and facilities. He has also completed many large scale site-work development and high-profile streetscape projects. David graduated from Morehead State University with both Bachelor and Associates of Science Degrees in 1985. Including an area of concentration in Civil Engineering. He was previously licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Registration in 1996 as a Land Surveyor, and is currently a Certified Master Plumber in WV. He is responsible for managing the water/wastewater/Facilities/Site Development Department of C.J. Hughes.
